Can I decide when you answer the calls or not?

Yes, you can use us as much as you would like, simply enable and disable the call divert to use us.

Will my customers know that you’re not an employee?
No, we answer the calls with your company name and carefully select what we say to give no doubt to your customers.
Can you get to know my business and help with enquiries? Will your staff know enough?

We do everything we can to get to know you and your business. Over time we become very capable and knowledgeable about the services and products your business offers. Some customers like us to give extra help, some prefer us to just pass on messages. We keep all the simple data in front of us on the system, names, contact details, address and you can fill us in on anything else you want.

Do I need to buy any additional equipment to use your service?
Not at all, you can use this service with any existing telephone equipment as long as your provider has divert enabled for you. If they don’t, it can be added.

Can I still answer the calls if I want to?
Yes, if it’s set to so many rings and/or on engaged tone, you answer the calls you can. If you have us on full divert, you’d just need to turn that off or set it to a different option to be able to handle the calls yourself.

I already have staff, why would I need you?

7 out of 10 calls that don’t get answered, never ring back. Busy periods, staff on leave, being held up with a customer can mean missing vital calls, we can bridge that gap and make sure you don’t miss any calls.

As we answer the calls in your company name and have knowledge of your business, the caller never needs to know you use our service and we’ll always reassure your customer that they will be contacted back.

How do I get the messages?

All the messages can be passed to you via email and/or text. We don’t charge any extra for texts.

Are the calls answered in the UK?

Yes we are a UK based company situated in Cornwall.

Are there any hidden costs?

Absolutely not. We don’t try to hide anything from you. With no set up fee, a flat £20 per month to include up to 10 messages and further discounts after that, we’re here to help.

What if more than one call comes in at a time?

That is no problem, if you’re on the phone and you have divert set up, we’ll be here to answer any calls trying to come through.
